Ram Mandir Workshop (Karyashala)

The workshop where stones for the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya are being carved has been operating continuously for the last 30 years. Today, this historic place stands as a symbol of devotion, dedication, and craftsmanship. Located just a short distance from Karsevak Puram, the workshop is managed by the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), where approximately 30 years ago, the carving of stones for the Ram Temple first began.

The workshop was established in 1990 under the guidance of revered saints and leaders, including Mahant Ramchandra Das, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, and VHP leader Ashok Singhal. Since then, it has remained a major center for preparations related to the construction of the Ram Temple.

Thousands of tourists and devotees visiting Ayodhya also come to this workshop every year. Visitors can witness skilled artisans carving massive stones with precision and dedication, while guides explain how these stones will become part of the magnificent Ram Temple.
